This document sets out all the conditions for using our platform. Please read it in full before using our services.
1 General Information & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the 777ok platform ("we", "our", "Service") and you ("User", "Member"). By using the 777ok website, app, or any related service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.
777ok is an online casino and betting platform that provides an entertainment gaming experience for users in Bangladesh. 2 Eligibility & Age Requirements
To open an account and use the services at 777ok, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

- You must be a real person; operating an account using automated software or bots is strictly prohibited.
- You may hold only one account in your name.
- You must register with accurate and truthful information.
- Registration from any region or country where online gaming is legally prohibited is not permitted.
3 Account Registration & Security
When opening an account at 777ok, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, contact details, and payment method information. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
3.1 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account or selling it is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
To ensure the security of financial transactions, 777ok may conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. This process may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or bank statement. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.
4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
777ok supports transactions through all major mobile banking and banking channels in Bangladesh:

4.2 Minimum Amounts
Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is not complete or if unusual activity is detected.
4.4 Transaction Responsibility
777ok is not responsible for transactions carried out with incorrect information. It is the user's responsibility to verify all details carefully before submitting a withdrawal request. Applicable transaction fees for cancelled deposits may be borne by the user.
5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. See the examples below to understand the bonus amount you can receive:
Example 2: If you deposit ৳22,000, the bonus is capped at ৳10,000 — total balance ৳32,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must place bets of 15 times the bonus amount. Note — wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of deposit and bonus.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each user may use each promotion only once.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
- 777ok reserves the right to change bonus terms or cancel promotions at any time.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for betting.
5.4 VIP Program
Loyal members of 777ok can join a four-tier VIP program:
- Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
- Silver: weekly cashback of up to 0.6%
- Gold: weekly cashback of up to 0.9%
- Platinum: weekly cashback of up to 1.2%
You can advance to higher tiers through active play. 777ok reserves the right to change the terms of VIP tiers.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it is considered final. In cases of incomplete bets due to technical errors, 777ok will make a decision at its own discretion. In the event of bet cancellation, the original stake will be returned.
6.2 Sports Betting
Betting is available on a variety of sports including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments), basketball, football, and kabaddi. The final decision on bet acceptance and market changes rests with 777ok.
6.3 Casino Games
Our platform offers games from world-class providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game has its own rules, which can be seen in the game interface.
6.4 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted due to an internet disconnection or any other technical issue, 777ok will make a decision based on server logs. 777ok is not responsible for issues arising from the user's own device or connection.

8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited, and if detected, the account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited:
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses (multi-accounting).
- Registering using another person's identity or providing false information.
- Attempting to hack, use bots, or gain unauthorized access to game systems.
- Participating in match fixing or organized fraud.
- Attempting to gain unfair advantage using third-party software or strategies.
- Gaming on behalf of minor users or allowing them to use your account.
9 Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the 777ok platform — logos, graphics, text, designs, software, and databases — belongs to 777ok's intellectual property and is protected by applicable law.
Copying, modifying, distributing, or commercially using any part of this platform beyond personal, non-commercial use is strictly prohibited.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777ok is not liable for the following:
- Actions of third parties or technical failures of game providers.
- Issues arising from the user's internet connection or device.
- Service interruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
- Personal financial losses resulting from gaming.

11 Changes, Suspension & Termination
11.1 Changes to Terms
777ok reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, notice will be provided to the registered email address or on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
11.2 Account Closure
Both the user and 777ok may close an account. If you wish to close your account yourself, contact our support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn in accordance with the rules before closure. However, if the account is closed due to prohibited activities, the balance may be forfeited.
11.3 Service Suspension
777ok may temporarily suspend any service for maintenance, legal review, or technical reasons. In such cases, advance notice will be given as far as possible.
